Before photography, I was a writer. I studied theater and literature, ghostwrote novels in the mountains of Tepoztlán, and chased stories wherever they hid — in cafés, dance studios, or quiet conversations with strangers. Photography found me later, in the corners of New York nightclubs. What began as fast flashes in chaotic rooms became a deeper practice: noticing presence, honoring identity, and revealing truth through portraiture.

Over the past decade, I’ve photographed artists, entrepreneurs, and public figures — not to style them, but to see them. My work has been shown in galleries across the U.S. and Europe and featured in documentary projects about transformation and visibility. I bring that same documentary mindset into my portrait sessions: observing with care, guiding with empathy, and co-creating with purpose.
